Payment Terms:

Prepayment or credit card orders. Domestic Purchase orders (Net 30) accepted upon credit approval. 1.5% past due finance charge per month. Orders outside the USA: direct bank wires or credit cards. Rapid fax quotations available.

Freight:

Standard orders within North America are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery. Next Day or Second Day Air available for rush delivery. RSM units ship by common carrier. Overseas shipping costs quoted upon request.

Trial Period:

Factory direct customers receive 5 days to evaluate their equipment from date of receipt. All equipment returned clean, undamaged in "like new" condition, will be refunded in full less freight. Call in advance for a return authorization.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

All factory direct customers receive 30 days after date of purchase to maintain their satisfaction. All equipment returned will be refunded less freight costs and a restocking fee. The restocking fee ranges from 5 to 20% depending on the condition of the returned equipment. Call in advance for a return authorization.

One Year Warranty:

All equipment is covered by a manufacturer's limited one year warranty. Complete details are provided in the owner's manual.

Returns:

Call before shipping; all returns subject to authorization. Products returned without RA# will not be accepted. No returns after 30 days. A restocking fee of 5 to 15% may apply.

Ordering Information Aquafog 700:

Aquafog 700's can be transported by means of UPS courier. They arrive in one box fully assembled -- ready to install.

Units are available in 115 volt, 60Hz with or without humidistat controllers for domestic customers.

Ordering Information XE RSMs:

CRSMs come complete with a timer control.
HRSMs come standard for manual operation.
ORSMs come standard for manual operation.
All RSMs are assembled and delivered complete.
