1. What is the difference between Aquafog fogging fans and the specialty foggers (_RSMs)?
The hanging, fogging fan units cover the widest range of applications and can fulfill most customers’ needs. The Aquafog _RSM line is more specifically designed for certain applications with the added benefit of mobility.
2. What is an “_RSM”?
_RSM stands for recirculation sump module. These units combine the powerful Turbo XE fogging fan with a mobile recirculation tank. The tank recirculates all of the drainage and feeds it back to the fan. It can be manually filled for short-term applications or chemical treatments, or it can be connected to a water supply for a continuous supply of fresh water.
3. Which _RSM is right for me?
The _RSMs were designed with specific applications in mind. The ORSM is used in odor control or similar liquid chemical fumigation applications, and the CRSM is a low-volume pesticide fogger commonly used in greenhouses. The HRSM is used for mobile, general humidification or cooling applications. If your application is not listed, contact us or use the online sizing calculator to determine the best system.
4. What else do I need for a complete system?
The RSMs come complete, assembled, and ready to use. The CRSM is equipped with a timer control and the ORSM and HRSM come standard for manual operation.
5. Is there a warranty on the unit?
All of our fogging units and accessories are covered by a one-year limited warranty. (See operator’s manual for complete information.)
6. Do you have any experience shipping overseas?
Yes, about 40% of our sales are exports. Jaybird has been exporting equipment for many years and has acquired the knowledge needed to ensure efficient service and prompt delivery for our overseas customers.
7. How long does it take to ship after I place my order?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Large or customized orders may require a few additional days. Delivery time varies depending on destination. Normally shipped by common carrier.
